Store Policies & The Ordering Process

​We are so glad that you found us here at The Design Shack!  Please take a moment to get familiar with our store policies and the ordering process.

 

The Invitations, Announcements and Design Work offered on our site will be sent to you electronically via email. Once your design has been personalized and emailed to you it can then be uploaded to a local photo lab for printing, can be printed at home, shared on social media sites and emailed to family and friends! All of the designs are 4x6 in size unless otherwise stated. The personalized design that we email to you will be in a jpeg format.  All designs are available in 4x6 & 5x7 sizes.

 

The Ordering Process

Once you have chosen the perfect design for your event simply add it to your shopping cart and complete the payment process. You only need to purchase ONE (1)! You will be able to print as many copies as needed. Be sure to send a note to us with your payment that states the details of your event: Date, Time, Address and any other details that you would like to have included.  If the design you have chosen includes a photograph, please email us the photo directly at: thedesignshack@outlook.com as soon as possible.

 

For special customization requests such as color changes, please email us BEFORE purchasing.

 

Please note: Colors may vary slightly from what your screen displays when printed.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the fact that the designs are being customized and sent electronically we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase! We guarantee to make any changes to misspelled words or mistakes in party details should they occur!

 

Processing & Delivery Time

You will receive your customized design within 24 hours of our receipt of your order and event details.  The 24 hour delivery time frame includes business days only and excludes holidays. For example: If we receive your order late on a Friday then you may expect to receive your emailed design on Monday. If the 24 hour delivery time includes a holiday then you may expect to receive your design the business day following the holiday.  However, we know that sometimes time gets away from us and events come up unexpectedly! Should you need your design immediately please contact us prior to ordering and we will be glad to work with you!
